Friday 01.08 Hundred Push up Reminder

I did mine this morning, Im on the second week..... is anyone elses shoulder hurting? mine started Wednesday and is killing me today. I Started on the second colum third week after doing the inital test I managed 25
 
be careful that it's not a shoulder injury..rotator cup etc...

Soreness is ok, work through that, but injury is different.
 
Finished my week one on the push ups and sit ups. Actually feeling pretty good at this point. The last set on the sit ups was a little tough this evening. also got my 2 miles on the treadmill. Now enjoying a Guiness as a reward :beer:
 
X2 on the sit-ups..barely sqeezed out the last one on the max 20, but got it!
Push ups are easier than sit ups, but still straining to make a good max at the end.

I gotta get the bike machine out and try to match up with your running Steve.
 
done for this week. After failing to complete the sets of wk3 col.3 for 2 weeks in a row, it was nice to compete and exceed, even though it was only 2 over, the min of the fifth set for the whole week. I dropped back to wk2 col.3.
 
Looking toward the end...I cant see doing all of those reps. But, I am feeling a little stronger, so who knows, if we keep it up, be honest, and hit every goal...maybe all those reps towards the end will be possible.

:lol:And we will all be BUFF!
