Friggin rodents

My 95 Suburban lost brake lights in the middle of a job. I had power on the wire up to where it goes behind the 44 gallon fuel tank. None after. So I spliced a wire to make them work.

Last night the right turn signal stopped working. So for now Steph is my right signal. I gotta drop the tank and evict vermin.

Anyone have a sure fire way to keep them out?

Outside cats. Never had a rodent issue the whole time we had outside cats. Strays don't seem to help any. I spose somehow when it's "their home" they are more proactive.

They make a tape that you can wrap around wiring to keep rodents from chewing on it. It has a mouse printed on the tape. I think it has some kind of hot pepper oil made into it.
