my front end is got this bad wheel hop to it at about 40 miles an hour i changed the steering stabalizer but didnt help. any suggestions? its a 90 cherokee with 4 inches lift and 35s

Death wobble can be countless things.
Do a little searching on death wobble and read to get an idea of where to start.

could be:
ball joints, wheel bearings bad bushings, bad tie rods, lost wheel weights, broken axle shaft, broken caliper/brake, u-joints in drive shaft, etc, etc and of corse check for dryed red clay/mud inside the rims.
Shake down the front end by putting it on jack stands and with both hands move the tire up and down and side to side. This could tell you something....
