Front upper link mounts

I’m going to move my links to inside the frame of the yj. Question is will a heim mounted horizontal vs vertical make much of a difference. Barnes has mounts for both but the one holding the heim vertical I can’t figure out how it welds to the frame and I don’t want to get it and it not work.
