i have a 90 xj i have a GM fuel sending unit and it went bad i think, i cant get a ohm. reading from the plug in the back. but i want to replace the sending unit, but want to stay with the GM becouse i have a GM fuel gauge. can i replace parts on it from a diff. sending unit our will i have to get a new one. need help asap i have no way of telling how much gas i have in the tank lol.
