Trying to finish up everything on my buggy and I'm having an issue with the hydro steering. When I turn the wheel it will continue to turn in that direction until the ram runs out of stroke. This happens either left or right. I've followed PSC's directions on bleeding the system and so far it hasn't changed anything.

Setup is a PSC reservoir, Trail Gear pump, TG orbital, TG double ended ram. All plumbing is correct. I've double checked the fluid level many times. This happens with the steering arms hooked up or not and with the buggy on jackstands or sitting on the tires.

Here is a video of what it's doing.

I had the same issue. For me, I bled it more and it went away. Are you bleeding with the tires on the ground or on jack stands? I started on stands and then went to the ground and all was good after that round of bleeding.

Mainly been bleeding with the tires off and on jackstands. That was how PSC recommended to do it. I even have the steering arms removed so the ram can go full travel in each direction because I read a few other people online suggest that method to make sure all air is out of the system.

I'm going to unbolt the steering cooler and let it hang down to make sure I don't have an air pocket in the cooler.

I'll put the steering arms back on and put the buggy back on the ground and see if that helps. Thanks.
