I quick update on my van... Well, I guess I should post the specs.. After the last thread went in the weeds I deleted it..
'04 Chevy g3500, 6.0L, 4L80e, 3.73s, AMA14B FF w/ Disks. Tow Haul mode works nice. Overall a decent van and I've very please with it.

Today I sprayed the inside with Al's Liner that I purchased from Blaze of Triangle Coatings (Vendor on the board) So far I'm pleased with the product. It was a lot of work to get the whole thing done, but so far it looks good :)

I spent the past week preping it, removing plastic pieces sanding/scuffing the paint, taping and masking etc. I wasn't sure how much overspray their would be so I went over board on the plastic outside but it was cheep 1mil stuff.

I made a stand to hold the hopper up so I could fill it easier. Also I discovered it was easier to only fill it 1/2 way then shoot some.

I also sprayed some shelfs that I'll put in the van, mainly to reduce the vibrations and rattling.

And man I'd glad I got the chemical respirator. I'd have been a bit loopy without it.. The site came in handy but not really needed... Though I may keep it for a trail repair suit :flipoff2:

looks awesome! while you're spraying, are you going to have any left over that you might donate a few minutes to spray on a couple of small things for a crippled man?:flipoff2:

seriously though, i'd be happy to throw in a few bucks if you do.

Don't get any on your hootus..
