Finally bit the bullet and bought some full sized boxes, I would keep these, but with 2 cars in my 2 car garage, it's sell the boxes, or be able to open car doors.
All boxes come with 2 sets of keys.
Matco Box $800, 4 swivel casters and 2 locking casters. Box has a cornwell push handle.
Napa Branded box (Sunnex rebrand) $500 4 swivel casters, 2 locking casters, comes with drawer liners.
Vintage Proto box $200 (has a bad respray on it, but works great). 4 casters, 2 swivel, 2 locking.
