So, uh, how might I find out what gear ratio is in my truck without taking the diff out and counting teeth? I's a '84 Toyota. Stock axles. I'm thinking 4.10s.

Jack up the rear, chock the front wheels, put the truck in neutral. Put a chalk mark on a tire and start turning the driveshaft, counting revolutions of the shaft until the tire makes it back around.

dang it that what i done wrong. i didnt put it in neutral:mad:
