I've had the 4runner back for 3 complete days now. Looks like this:
Pulling out of my friends neighborhood tonight around 12:30AM.....KABOOM....skirt skirt skirt......
I just did a 5speed conversion from automatic, ditched the chain tcase and got a gear one which I put 4.7's in. (Adapters are expensive) Finally got my 4WD back with the 5:29 gear install up front followed by some new bearings and knuckle rotation for the pinion angle.
The curse lives on.
