Getting a pair of 60's

hey, haven't been on this forum in a long while, mostly stay on jeepforum. Anywho, buddy of mine said he can get a hold of a front HP d60 w/ disc brakes, and the rear d60 with discs as well. If i plan on doing an axle swap, is it logical to go a head and get the SOA done with while i have them off. I got a nest egg of about 4000 to work with for the start, and gettin about 100 bucks a week cuz im working part time while in college. i have not sold my other dd (95 taurus) so having the jeep sit there for a while is not a huge deal. Any comments or ideas about this?

I'd go ahead with the SOA, if you are considering it, while you're doing the swap. Plus you will probably get bigger tires when you have the 60s and then you'll need more lift, hence the SOA. The SOA will flex nicely off road also.
