Getting cash quick from USAA

I know there are a lot of vets here, ideas needed.

I have a nephew who is active duty, just transferred here to MD and needs to buy a car pronto.
He uses USAA exclusively (yeah prob not the best policy but he's young and learning...)
Tomorrow we are going to look at and hopefully buy a car for $1800.
He has the cash in the bank (USAA) but not in hand. Seller wants cash. Any idea how to get it on a Saturday morning? ATM limit is apparently $600 per day?
 
I don't know about USAA but I was in a similar situation once and I called my bank's (bb&t) 1800 number and they were able to raise my max withdraw limit so that I could get out all that I needed
 
Call 'em and explain the situation. USAA has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I think they could figure something out.
 
Have his uncle pull a couple $$ from his dusty wallet and help a brotha' out.
 
I always just call them and have them raise my limit for the day. Then I go to a a local bank and have them run my card for a cash advance.

He said he called and the customer service folks weren't around on Saturday? E.g. couldn't get the withdrawal limit raised as mentioned?
I found this hard to believe though. I hear nothing but fantastic things about USAA, I wish I could qualify to use it.

Ended up using PayPal.

Oh and look out for XJ questions in the future :D he got a '96 w/ a 3" lift and 31s...
