She realizes that she is at the end of her usefulness and that ratting on anyone will not end well for her, even if it were to get her immunity. Without Epstein's money, she was nothing but a two-bit pimp finding young women for pedophiles to use and abuse. I think that she realized her meal ticket is gone and that it's time to pay the piper for the sins she has committed.
