Glad this week is over!

I was just thinking about how my luck has been going the past couple weeks and had to come find this thread. Although my bad luck has been monetary and agrivation not bodily harm.

-On my '05 dodge 3500 my recirculating door broke off last week and dodge wanted $696 plus parts to fix luckily w/ the help of another forum I frequent I fixed it in an hour and a half for $36. Now this week my friggin e-brake cable broke. It was a $20 fix but I just don't have the time for this stuff. The truck has also aquired a small viberation which is probably the driveshaft AGAIN.
-Also last week I spent about a total of $1300 and basically three hellish hot days and nights replacing the coil in the house a/c and that was a deal done by friend. The weekend before we went camping and it was dreary and cold. We seen the sun the first time when we were hooking up to leave.
-On top of all this I had to pay my property tax which is crazzzzy expensive.
-All this on top of the regular bills.
-I'm also having a roof and new garage doors installed on the garage due to the fact it started leaking like a funnel and any dumbass thief can get through my doors.
-I've had three dead batteries this week
-After screwing w/ my skid steer battery for an hour I got it running and my help decides to learn how to drive it while I'm in the garage and he backs over a $300 plus side cover for the machine. I also have a hose leaking like crazy on it.
-I can't catch one of my chickens that got out of the coop.
-I have two tenants moving out which one of them I had to evict which cost me $ and he tore the house all to hell and left a truck load of trash and left the water basically running when he unhooked the washer.
-I've basically give up on my garden due to EVERYTHING that can go wrong in a garden. Tomato/potato blight and bugs, cabbage worms, cucumber disease, basically every bug and disease know to a garden, and lack of water. Not to mention the eight count them eight ground hogs I've trapped before I give up. Also four coons, five opossum, one stank ass skunk, and a fox. Believe it or not I don't live in the woods. I live in town.
-Paslode nail gun broke today.
-ran over a hundred foot of masons string w/ the lawn mower. as u can imagine that was a pain.
-If you have kept up w/ my camaro thread you already know that the deal is basically done and I go to crank the car and it won't start while I'm on the phone w/ the dude. Now I'm going to have to basically drop the whole ass end out of the car out including the rearend to get the fuel tank off to replace the fuel pump. While I was trying to figure the car out my 20 month old decided to lock the doors and shut them w/ the keys in the ignition. That was a pain. Plus he decided to put two nice scratchs on it w/ his little truck. When I get it fixed I have to load it on my trailer, tow it 75 over Black Mt. one way and he will probably back out.
-My freezer door didn't shut all the way the other night and basically thawed everything out so now I'm just throwing money/food away as things taste funny.
-My construction business has basically hit rock bottom the past few weeks.
-My kids have tore up numerous things such as my 20 month old Maddox running the golf cart into the camper.
-found a broke window in the garage today I'll have to fix
-some dumbass knocked my mailbox off its post a couple weeks ago and tried to steal my nice little business sign but luckily I had it chained and locked w/ concrete in the ground

I know some of this is petty and winey but damn the little things add up. If all this keeps up I'll be broke next month. This is just life I know but I need a break and some change. I am just thankful my wife and kids are healthy and happy.

I know I'll be happy when vacation comes in a few weeks. I need a few days to recover.

Chris, I somehow missed this thread altogether. That was four months ago. I hope things are looking a little better by now.

Kenneth, some of your bad luck is just kinda funny.

All I can say is Dayem Cris!

Thanks Don I'm glad someone can see the humor in it all. Just seems like it's one thing after another. After going back and reading my post some of it does seem funny.
