I have a buddy with an 82 GMC with swapped in 1 tons. He is doing a crossover setup with a 2wd box. What pitman arm should he use?

You can also use Superlift part number 1104. It is one for a lifted full size ford truck. I think I got mine from summit for a good price.

Then the spring hits it on compression. You're better off with one that's close to flat (like stock Ford).

Is there an oem pitman arm that will work? What kind of ford will work on the gm boxes?

I have had the #1104 on three rigs with no issues. If you did use a flat arm it would smack the frame when you tried to turn right. Flat is a no go. Pm me your email and I will send you some good pics.

I have the 1104 on my truck and it works fine, I have 6" BDS springs and RS9012s on F250 mounts. Works fine on my truck, but maybe on others, such as people who have 52" springs it could be an issue.
