Do you ever find yourself on Google Maps just looking at random places? I like maps, Travel and exploring. I've found some cool shit on Google maps and figured I wouldn't be the only one here. so this is GMFOTD - Google Map Find Of The Day.

This one really made me WTF?

I do the same thing on google maps. have you ever tried he geoguessr app? it drops you in a place in the world on street view, and you try to narrow down where you are without looking at the map?

I’ve been doing that often for many years. I’ve found places to eat, visit, camp, park with a crawler in tow, etc.

I scout for deer all the time using google earth. Looking at terrain, water, and other factors. I then go walk it.

I used to do this all the time. When I sold something on ebay, I would look up where it was going every time. That was entertaining sometimes.

Love Geoguesser. My best of 1 meter off. But it was an easy one if you're a Ramones fan. 53rd and 3rd.

When we bought our motorhome is Colorado, before we flew out to look/buy it, i used it to locate the coach in the lot where is was stored (they said it was close to their home and there were only two places close by) and to find the sellers house and neighborhood.
