GMth350 to a s-10 4.3

Has anyone put a th350 Behind a chevy 4.3 V6 and had a problem with the manifolds hitting the inspection plate/ dustcover mounting ears.

Had a friend just swap in a 700R4 from a SBC to a 4.3 and he had the same problem. He just did a little grinding to solve the problem.
