Sounds to me like the inconsiderate pricks you are referring to could have been doing something more productive and less offensive with their day on the 13th of December 2008.
For example; ALL of the Big Dixie Boggers were giving back to the community by throwing out around $300 worth of candy in the legendary Cat Square parade on December 13th 2008 just as we will be doing this year on Decmber 12th 2009. That is just one of the community events WE are involved in on an annual basis.
