I lost a pair of new nicer oakleys at the golf course. Left my name and number and actually got a call. Seriously that about made me fall backwards with faith in people.

i just lost my new eyepatches the other day...i havent got a phone call back yet...sure wish some one would

I was walking through the Food Lion parking lot a few years back. Had my kids with me. There was a young couple quite a distance in front of me. I found a bank money envelope with over $300 in it. I was pretty sure of who dropped it but to be sure I took it to the manager of the store and had him make a generic announcement about something dropped in the parking lot. Sure enough, here comes the couple looking for the envelope. They described it and exactly how much was in it. I'm sure my kids will never forget that. Even if my kids weren't with me I would have done the same thing.

Pulled up to an ATM once and the guy in front of me left without getting his $200. I got the money. I made note of his car but didn't see his plates. As he was leaving I could see that he realized what he had done and was trying to get back to the bank. I had already pulled up to the bank to go inside to tell the people inside what had happened when he pulled up beside me. I gave him the money.

This one time, at band camp, I beat this kid up and took his lunch money....

sorry, too much feel good going on for me this morning. Had to stir it up a little. :D

Was riding with Mike Shilling to UNF down 15/501, and we stopped just outside of Sanford to address his locking hub that kept auto-locking. My wallet was annoying me evey time I tried to squat down, so I put it on the front bumper..

We made it into Biscoe and I realized as we pulled into McDonalds that it was gone.. We went back and checked the parking lot...nothing. figuring it was on the bumper until we turned onto the road, I started walking down the side of the road.

About then, a guy I don't know comes walking up and says "Hi Rich... ya lose something?" All my money was still in there, about $100.. I offered him a bunch of it, and he politely declined his reward...

Me and two of my guys were doing a structure pre wire on a house in North Charlotte one eveneing.
Worked late as shit (til like 11:30) when we finally packed up I left my DeWalt 24V Drill charger 3 batts and radio upstairs. Got all the way home (1.5 hours later) and realized it.

OH SHIt!

But I was so damn tired I just figured screw the $500 Ill just replace everything.

Next morning I had a customer meet at 8AM for my day job, at 11:30 I pulled up to the site and an empty house, whew walk in straight upstairs and nothing, its all gone.

Walk outside pissed at myself and start to leeave teh subdivision when a sheetrrock van complete with windshield curtains and Statue of Mary on the dash is pulling up. 3 Mexicanos jump out and one comes walking up, "You drill? You leave yesteray, I get for you"....He accepted the $100 I gave him and I was glad to do it....

Chris Driver :fuck-you:

You and I fighting would look like a remake of Tommy Boy with me playing the part of the deceased comic genius with whom I share a name.

Was this a municipal golf course or a country club? Most golfers already have money so your glasses were wal mart brand compared to their $400 Panama Jack sunglasses. Ha ha.. good thing for honesty tho!

That reminds me. Years ago I was at the ATM and was goofing around looking for something or other stupid thing. I forgot that my card was still in the machine even though it was beeping away. Just as I realized that it was still in there I reached for it and it ate it just as my fingertips got it it. It took me over a week to get the thing back. Needless to say I NEVER let that happen again.
