Good buy?

I just bought a 94 zj with the v8 in it and 3 inch lift. Been sitting for a while and paint is chipped up needs transfer case but hes throwing one in. Starts and runs. Needs tires. $600. Good buy??? :confused: Oh and front doors are hacked.

X2! I got lucky and scored 2 89 XJ's... one just needed an oil change, air filter and new plugs and runs great!
But that's awesome! i have a 95 ZJ with the I-6 and love it!
is the guy putting a 249 in it?

Have no idea. Ill check it out whe i pick it up. Not a big van of the v8. More of a I-6 fan. But hell who cares its a running project.

Not a bad deal at all, came across a jeep on craigslist as one of those "get it out of my yard" posts... Waiting to here back from the guy, its a 95 zj but he wasn't specific as to whats wrong... Another guy I talked to has a xj that starts but cuts off after a few seconds... Im never this lucky but I would love to find a clogged fuel filter.

Good buy though, I try to find these every day and haven't come across anything spectacular yet.

This was one of those get out of my yard or goin to crusher deals. But ya i look for those I think it blowed up but really just a battery! Ha. People have no clue these days. Thats how i got my deuce and a half. Said it does not run on winshield, bought it for for dirt cheap and it just needed battery.
 
Oh damn... Really? I find it hard to beleive someone that stupid could even drive a duece...

I see a nice one every day off West market... Id love to have one, without paying normal prices lol. Then again I want a Vette, Dmax tow bitch, CJ-8, list goes on... Maybe one day I will win the lottery. If you don't mind shoot me a PM on that duece story.
