It would be helpful if you told more about what you want out of teh tires.
E.g.,
- are these on a daily Driver? (typically answer yes b/c otherwise it'd be MTs or SS or thers)
- what about used or retreads? Do oyu plan to drive a whole lot on them?
- what kind of performance level are you looking for? EFGs have a great rep but are pricy. There are several other ATs and they vary from great to poor performance, wit hte hprice reflected.

Its a daily driver and yes i plan to drive a lot on them, my jeeps gotta get me through college so i need to get good mileage off my tires

ALSO

The tires I have now are 31x10.50x15 and I'm wondering if the 33x12.50x15 would fit the rims i have now or if I would need new rims or what.

4 years of college doing what kind of mileage? My time in college I did about 20k total, I rarely drove home or traveled, only around town occasionally, while many friends did 60k+ in the same time.

IDK exact mileage but I think i found a pair of 33x10.50x15 for about 142 a piece. Im also wondering if a 33x12.50 would fit the same rim as my 31x10.50.

Sounds like your just getting started in the 4x4 world.

Stick with the 31s for a while. learn a few things. Make sure the hobby is for you. upgrading to larger tires means deeper gears, less mileage, having to trim fenders or bending them when the tire hits, attempting obsticles your skill level may not be up too lol.

i wheel 31s and have a great time. The only place you are going to feel left out on 31s is the the DPG and probably the Farm (never been there) but even on 33s at those places your going to be the runt of the litter.

to answer your question. will 12.50s fit, yes. is it recommended, no. your going to run into turning radius issues, fender rubbing (esepcially with going to a bigger tire). your sidewalls will balloon (good and bad, depending on your situation).

course.....31s wont get ya the hot college chicks and i suppose thats all that matters anyway.

haha yea I'm new I've only been wheelin in a few places nothin serious. I'm tryin to go down to URE with my brother sometime but my rigs been out there before i just havent taken it. I know i can fit 33's because when i got my lift put on the people at the garage said thats what i can run now. Plus its lookin kinda weak with a 3 inch suspension lift and 31's. Also im tryin to decide on what to get next, tires, rims, or a grille guard. I'm tryin to go to college at ASU and I'm sure you know how Boone is. Another question for anyone who can answer it. I ran off the road and destroyed a fire hydrant about a year ago and got everything replaced,( about 900 bucks worth of damage) and i replaced the front bumper with a WARN rock crawler bumper and i want the grille guard for it but to install the guard, on the product details it says you need the winch mount plate aswell. So Im confused on if I really need it or if it is just recommended.

I appreciate all the help. I cant post in other threads cause Im 17 and it wont let me but I am interested in gettin my rig worthy haha.

I know exactly how boone is....

FULL OF PEOPLE WHO CANT FUCKING DRIVE. Seriously, I live down 194 (not even a freakin mile), and it took me almost a half hour to get to school today...

that sucks. I live in Raleigh so idk how traffic is to much up there. I've only visited a few times for football camps. I always see phat lookin jeeps up there though. MY dad said if I get a scholarship up there he will get me whatever one I want. Im bout to be up there for a game next week though

tanner if you get 33x10.50s you'll be able to run your wheels and have less of a chance to rub . You don't need your woman of a brother to go to ure hes gay, but did take ur jeep there totally stock on street tires in a monsoon.

haha yea I know he did that and she did just fine or so I was told. I still havent been and I have no idea how to get there but I just talked to my dad about gettin the 33's and he said he aint gonna help me get new tires since he just put the 31's on it so I guess ima get some cragar black steel rims. I just gotta figure out what bolt pattern I need, the 5x4.5 or the 5x5.5

you need to stop by galloways on your way to uwharrie trade your 31's for some 33's + some cash and buy new rims.

what jeep have you got and I can tell you the bolt pattern. If YJ or TJ then 5x4.5. Also if it is I might have a set of black 15x10 3.75 backspace Rock Crawlers with no center caps. I can let you know morrow.
