Good Source for 4.0L I-6 tuning info??

This is for you 4.0L tuning guys that have experience building strokers and such. I am wanting to start doing some reading up on tuning these engines and how to appropriately mod them. I am not looking to do anything major right away, but i would like to get it running tight as possible and maybe pick up a little performance. For reference I have a 91' MJ with the HO 4.0L coupled to and AX-15. I would like to start with the exhaust, but want to size it right. Would a Header be a good start if it was quality? or more hassle than gain? If there is a link to a forum devoted to this that would be cool? or hopefully some good reading on this board....

One other thing I thought of....

I believe these (XJ's and MJ's) have issues with trapped heat in the engine compartment. Mine is running about 215-225 on these hot days in Charlotte traffic with the air on (sometimes with it off). I know the engines last forever without cooling system mods, and I dont wanna open up Pandora's box on cooling mods either, but it does make me uneasy. I just put a new water-pump on and both fans are working properly...I dunno
