Google Ads and drop downs

So, when I try to do a search or click on the community drop downs, they drop down BEHIND the google ad, pretty much making it not possible to make a selection.

Am I the only one this happens too ?

I have noticed that it isn't all adds, seems it's more the adds that are banner style, not the ones that seem to share the white back round of the page.
 
What ads?
Firefox and No Script
 
On top of the ads for me.

Win 7-64, FF 3.6.13

Chrome 8 and IE 8 are fine, too.
 
not doing it all the time,

this morning when it happened it was a Discover card ad. I forget the ad it was doing it on the other day.
