Anyways, just had to brag a bit!

fail, you have to paddle.

j/k man, nice kayak. i had a cheap sit on top from tractor supply when i was younger and i paddled nearly ever mile of the little river from our dam up to the antioch church road bridge on that thing.

Nice!
I picked up a Wilderness Systems Pamlico 120 about 4yrs ago and love it. Usually paddle and fish New River at least a couple times a year. I`ll post up pics later.

ive always wanted to build my own boat. thats pretty cool.

I just bought me and my gf 2 LL bean manatee kayaks (perception prodigy 10 exp) about 2 months ago, tried them out but then it got cool, so they are hanging up till spring. First impressions are good, mine is getting outfitted for fishing small rivers, already installed an anchor trolley system.

disclaimer, I am not a yuppie, I do not shop at ll bean, the only reason I did is the same kayak from perception was about 150 more and about 75 more to ship.

I have a redfish 14 and I love the hell out of that thing. Use it mostly in the sound and to yak baits out cobia/drum fishing

could you rig something to go straight up from the front and rear bumper with attachment points for a cradle on top? Kinda like one of those single ladder racks for trucks.

nice, i want one of those. we canoed to shakleford and camped for two nights, its awsome.

I would, but the jeep is a soft top..

Took it out again today, Lake Hickory really isnt a fan of wind.

yea, thats why i was saying bring them up from the bumper, over the soft top. something like this
awww.acmeladder.com_images_wgtruck_truck_20racks_1450Chevy.jpg

make them easy to remove and tall enough to go over the cage. just instead of the ladder part make it have some type of mount to accept whatever style rack you get.

sorry for the huge pic

Sweet! Bring it down east and we'll go. My wife and I always bring ours out to Shack and Cape Lookout during the summer.
