Does anyone run one, or have an opinion on where to buy a Decent one? The old CJ, speedy thing died. I goggled them today, & seems about all come back to Amazon. But, I'm not finding what I want, & some of the reviews are not very good.

I have an Autometer 3680 in my jeep. If it was anything close to a daily driver, I would have replaced it my now. It drops its sync every time the key is off and sometimes takes way too long to lock. There are times I've driven 2 miles to the gas station with no speedometer and then it will lock as soon as I pull away from the pump under the cover.

Dakota digital offers high quality GPS data driven speedometer/odometer. But they are crazy $$$. I would try fixing your gage or the cable I assume?

I do like to keep up with the mileage, even If I do only change oil once a year. And prefer keeping the android free to take / make calls, & gps.
Yeah, I'm in the yearly oil change category too.
Any chance you have an old phone? I have my old Note4(? with zero service)... connect it to Wifi/working phone hotspot to grab GoogleMaps routes and then turn WiFi back off.
It stays in the truck for a "heads up" GPS most of the time and in the Jeep for it's yearly jaunt onto public roads... leaving my not as old Note9 for calls/texts

It's something in the Tail shaft. Dana 20. May be a simple fix, but Labor? Unknown.

Here are a couple other options that may be more what your looking for.

First if you ended up using a Holley EFI these will work over CAN if you want that option, but are standalone as well.
Holley EFI 553-123 Holley EFI GPS Speedometer

The second is Speed hut makes some nice ones too just not CAN able
GPS Speedometer Gauges: Universal, Aftermarket & Custom | GPS & Programmable | SPEEDHUT®

FYI speed hut makes the Holley gauges
Now I see why I was looking to China. I hope I can fix Mine, for less $$$ :bling:
