Has anyone been and how was it. We are thinking about going in nov. for something different than URE. How was the difficult level and how tight are the trails.
I have been there twice and my club has been there countless times. it is a fun place. Not the largest place but plenty of trails to get yourself in trouble. Some trails are tight and if you are a larger rig you can get some body massaging. But defiantely worth a trip. There is prmitive camping there.
That's our local park, and we always have a blast when we go. I've been 5 or 6 times as a rider in the last year as mine's not yet finished.
Like Dan said, it's not a huge park by any stretch of the imagination (85 acres from start to finish). There's a nice range of trail difficulty (though the drought this year has made everything a hair easier).
There's a few trails where full-bodied rigs will definitely be leaving their marks, but much of the park is open enough for an experienced full-size driver to get through without problems.
The guy who runs the show is a great guy, and he'll be sure to point you to a good time. It's nice to not have the dust of URE too!
