I am not really sure where to post this, but I just got out of the hospital after an almost 3 week stay after being t-boned on my motorcycle and having my right leg basically destroyed. I fractured my hip, shattered my femur, tibia, fibula, dislocated my ankle and basically broke every bone in my foot. Not to mention couple of broken ribs and a bruised sternum. I am full of rods, pins, wires and am wearing a huge external fixatator the size of a basketball on my right foot.
Anyway, I am unable to do any wrenching on my Jeep and she desperately needs some work done. I have a brand new radiator, water-pump, 4 new brake rotors and pads that I need to have installed. I am looking for someone in the ENC area, as I l live in Goldsboro, but I would be willing to go to Raleigh or Fayetteville for a reputable and recommended shop. I know it may be an issue finding someone willing to use my parts, but they are all name brand and new. I am looking for a shop or independent person that comes recommended on here or who is a member. It is a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.0L 4x4 and is my daily driver when I can drive after the Dr. gives me the ok. I am also wanting to rebuild the front steering components so that will be in the work order as well. I would sincerely appreciate anyone's advice or recommendation on a shop or if you are looking for work and would like to help out a fellow 4x4'r please let me know.
You can contact me here or my cell is 919-330-3627 and my name is Scott. Thank you very much.

Scott, I don't see that as too much to ask. Good luck with the leg and the Jeep! I'm a little far away though.

I do hope that you are going to heal up well. If you were closer I would be glad to help a fellow rider and wheeler.
I also hope that insurance from the t-boner will fix you up for a LONG time.
Just call a local brake shop and and radiator shop for your repairs. I'm sure they can help. Those items are not rocket science.

Thanks for the well wishes guys, i was just concerned that some places refuse to let you bring your own parts in, I had that problem with some struts before. Take it easy guys

Dude, sorry to here about that. I couldn't help but notice there has been over 50 hits on this post and not one reply. Surely there's someone in the Raleigh erea that could manage a day to put a few parts on. Hope everything turns out ok fer ya.

If I wasn't on the complete other end of the state I would be helping any way I could. In fact if there is some way I can please let me know. I was laid up all last summer after I low-sided my supermoto and broke my ankle, I feel ya man and wish you all the best.

Thanks again for all the well wishes and offers guys, I am getting up with Lee from TLC transmission in Raleigh today to get all of the work taken care of. I really appreciate everything, it just goes to show that wheelers and riders are the best, especially in the south. Thanks again.
