just looking for different ideas, as this build will be going down very soon. Does anyone have good advise? What are your thought and concerns?

Seen it all over pirate4x4. Basically you get way better knuckles but have to maintain the BJs and Unit Bearings.

There is a lot of bracketed to cut off but I believe artec sells a specific truss for the super duty axle.

When the deal pops up that will be the front axle I snag off of Craigslist for sure.

I traded a set of stickies for a set of 09 SD 60s and I got a fresh 2door 5speed Cherokee to start with. As soon as I sell these built Dana 44s it is ON!

The guy on HL that did it has had zero issues out of the cut/reweld to fit the bracketry and is now running either CO's or ORI's up front which would be way easier to package to start with. He's also been running 39 reds on the stock 35 spline shafts with good results and he isn't necessarily easy on it.

Do you know where he got the coil/ shock brackets from? They looked slick.
