Anyone know a good place to get heads checked in Charlotte?

They are off the engine, and a visual shows nothing but hell better safe then sorry.

OR maybe someone could hypothesis as to why i would have water in the oil?

It is a 360 from a waggy that i bought a while ago.
 
Warped head
Cracked head
blown head gasket
Busted block
water pump impeller has eat thru the timing chain cover

All can be the reason. You need the heads magnafluxed to begin with, and most likely surfaced, Call Jack down at Carolina crank on Graham. He can check them out for you.
The head gasket will also have a tail to tell if it's the culprit.
 
I use Dover Cylinder Head near the Intersection of Billy Graham and I85. He just checked and resurfaced my 4.0 that was badly warped. I got it to him at 2pm and had it ready first thing the next morning and his price beat everyone else. He does port and polishes too, but I don't have any personal experience with his work in that area. Nice guy too.
