So I just bought a 91 GMC Jimmy… it’s just like a k5 blazer. It has a np241 27 spline with 10 bolt rear end in it. I bought it with no rear drive shaft. Does anyone have the yokes and rear drive shaft I need for it ? Or can anyone help me find what I need parts wise to get it back in ? I can’t find a 27 spline driveshaft anywhere. Also I’m posting pics of it to show l. It has a lift on it not sure if that will effect the factory drive shaft. Call/text 984-249-7635 if you have the parts for sale that will fit it. Thanks

Yeah pinion splines are gone, is the pinion shaft visible in there as in broken off?
 
What kind of mechanical experience do you have? Please don't take this the wrong way but I'm assuming not much since you didn't mention the missing pinion.

Gear set ups aren't very hard but do require a few specialty tools and patience. If you decided to tackle it there a several people on here that can offer invaluable information and help. I would recommend trying to get it to East Coast Gear Supply and have them fix you up, quick google maps shows your about 1hr south of them. They are awesome to deal with and extremely good.
 
You're better off finding a replacement rear end and driveshaft. You have to make sure the gear ratio is the same as the front. You may have to take the driveshaft to a shop and have it lengthened once all is installed and you can measure to see what it needs.

Finding a replacement rear will end up being cheaper than having the current one repaired for sure.

Though if the OP is looking to have the rear end rebuilt and a new driveshaft made fell free to give Oliver's a call (336-424-1021) on Monday. We'd be more than happy to get an estimate worked up for the repair.
