help getting title signed over

i bought a bronco and it came with a title that was signed by the previous owner but the spot for the new owner is blank. it also has the previous owners address. so how do i go about getting the title put in my name? or am i stuck with just a trail rig?

Um, you just sign it as the new owner, then turn it in.

take it to the tag office if you have any further questions but he's right sign turn in and pay the bill

Make sure it has been notorized or it will be turned down and you will need the seller to have it notorized. Unless you know a notary very well.
