Could use some advice. I have an 05 Wrangler LJ Rubicon with a 2” coil spacer and 1” body lift on BFG AT 33s. I’ve wheeled this way without problem. The front end sits around an inch lower (typical) and I was thinking about putting like a 2.5” or 3” spring on the front and leaving the 2” coil spacer on the rear. This would help level out a bit and I’d then get sway bar disconnects, so would have better articulation. Not ready to go higher yet, it’s still my DD, maybe some point in the future. (I have a UCF TT so going higher may mean new driveshaft, brake lines, 35” tires, etc and I’m not ready to drop that money for a while).

Thoughts on this? Good idea or bad? Anything else I’d need besides front springs? Recommendations on 2.5” or 3” and brand of springs for LJ? Thanks.

sounds like a good plan. Are you still running the stock track bar? Going higher, you may end up needing a longer one.
Be warned, 1" can send you over the edge for DWs though, it did on my XJ. I had used Rusty's 3" lift on my XJ, it was fine for like a year, but I wanted to level the front. Adding just a 1" spacer up front kicked in the DWs, I threw more parts at it, ended up being the LCAs.

Yes I'm still running the stock track bar. Maybe I'll consider just putting 2.5" up front (half inch more than what's there now). Certainly don't want DW, worst case I guess I'd just put the coil spacer back in and I'm out the cost of front springs, which shouldn't be that much.
