OK...that's good.  Didn't mean to sound smart-ass or Captain Obvious or anything.  I work in systems support.  Yes, people have gotten pissed because I've asked on the phone if something is turned on, if the see the green lights, etc....then drive an hour to find out the printer is turned off.  :)  I've learned to ask the obvious.


I should be working in Raleigh tomorrow...I can stop by early afternoon if you want a hand figuring it out.
