F3 Albemarle set for launch!
What: F3 Albemarle, FREE MEN’S WORKOUT – Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
When: Saturday, July 11, 7:00 a.m. (and every Saturday morning after that)
Where: Hartsell Funeral Home – back parking lot: 522 N 2nd Street, Albemarle, NC 28001
it doesn’t matter what shape you are in, no man gets left behind. And it’s always free! F3 has made a huge difference in my life. Check it out.
also, bring a pair of work gloves. Doing pushups in a parking lot can be rough on your hands!
