Hickory house painters & Hardwood Floor people??

Howdy all - trying to get some things done around the house, and I'm having a heck of a time finding a hardwood floor person that isn't either a flake, or doesn't have a 6-8 week waiting period. I've been doing most of the work around the house, but I don't want to be the idiot that messes up grandpa's hand-laid heart pine floors...

Also looking to get the house painted, as there's just too much to do inside that's keeping me busy, and with winter setting in, we'd like to get it done...
all recommendations/leads/tips gratefully considered...it's hard to tell what you're getting going through the yellow pages...

I install floors for a living. Reasonable prices and top notch workmanship. All work guaranteed and fully insured.

It sounds like you are looking to have hardwoods refinished. If thats the case, then I can not help. I dont refinish them.But I do install all types of flooring and will travel to Hickory.

You get that floor thing situated ?
I have a guy i use for refinishing, I don't know if he goes to Hickory but I can give you his # if you need it.
 
Yep, I'm everywhere...so what vehicle brings you over here?

But yeah, we did get it worked out - a little over $2/square foot, and it looks good and seems to be holding up well...I can share info if anybody else needs somebody...
as for the painting, we pretty much are waiting until spring and warmer weather on that one...

I bought a Bronco and a friend recommended i check out this forum.

little over 2 is decent pricing. not bad
