My area does not have the UPS powering the system, as nobody would allow the big box for the batteries in their yard ( I wouldn't care, just park it next to the green transformer the power company has already planted, it's already been ran over a few times Only once by me. )

I think that they planted a box near our yard. Not sure if we own that part next to the road or not. Noone asked that I know of....
