ok i was on ncttora and i was reponding to a post and i saw this writing that said click here. i went against my better thinking and did. it was a exe file, and i was stupid enought to download it. now when i post some exe file pops up. (DONT CLICK IT)

how do i get it off!

Yo,
Get AVG free edition and Spybot. The AVG will find it and put it in jail. Generally problem fixed. Spybot, needs to be run every day and will keep out the spyware tracking stuff. Just do a Google to get the stuff.....been using both for years with great success.

I hate crap like that. Someone on Myspace has some thing where you click their link and you have to log in. Then they take and post bulletins under your name. Only way to stop it was to change the password.
