hydralic lift jammed?

At a buddies shop, hydralic lift jams, its got my jeep a few feet off the ground and its locked in place, any ideas what to do here? Was working fine earlier, went up and down, now nothing, doesn't even sound like its got power.

Checked the breaker, can't figure it out, I've no experience with one of these.

Help me out.

Its a jeep...just drive it off.

Check voltage at motor? Check voltage at breaker?
 
So you can't pull the lock pins for each side & then release the hydro pressure?
 
Oh wow, didn't think this posted, my cell was being a real piece. We got it figured out, and was way to high to just drive it off, lol. Was about 5 feet off the ground, maybe more, tires were 3 feet up. Lock was jammed, button also jammed, got it lowered but was unable to get it to lift back up for the moment.

Couldn't do anything, sounded like it wasn't getting power.

Winching wasn't the issue, picture below

only picture I took I guess was when it was up a good deal higher, figure Stephen (95GranZJ is 5'8ish or so, so probably tires were about 4 feet off the ground easy.
