I got mine from Rock Logic. I am not a fan of the big TSC rams but i would run one for the right price and if i had the space.
You need to make the decision on whether you need a balanced system or a single ended cylinder. Then it comes down to matching the orbital to the ram to make sure everything works the way you need it to.
