i found an o8 honda quad

i found an 08 honda foreman 450 manual shift, new, any one own one that can tell me how well you like it, let me know
I have read that some of the 08's had gear problems and a factory recall, was this true and if so what models were involved?

thought they went to 500cc from 06 (I think) up

I've had 3 450 Foreman's, all two 00s and a 03. All electric shift. All have been great, only work ever done other than routine maintenance was some valve adjustments when it started making some noise on one.
