I have a question about jeep

I have a jeep liberty it has 10" fox coilovers in front and 8" al springs in back and when i take it wheeling and hit littles bump it pops and cracks i am new to the sport please help thank you.

Could be your track bar/sway bar in the front. My XJ popped and cracked until I got disconnects and an adj. track bar.
