I just threw up a little

when i first saw the article i thought that it was someone chasing a dollar but then it said the couple isnt planning to file a lawsuit. good for them, im glad to see there are still decent people in the world. just for not filing a lawsuit, if i were pepsi id give them a lifetime supply
 
I love that pepsi checked their production logs and they show that nothing went wrong. Like they would allow it out if they had known about it.
 
I have done some contract work at the Pepsi plant in Columbia and Cheraw, SC and the Coke plant in Bishopville, SC. Just like any other manufacturing facility, stuff like this happens way too easily.

If someone really wanted to be an evil person, lots of bad things could happen way too easily also. There are too many easy ways to contaminate thousands of products without being caught.
 
I have always been a little grossed out when drinking out of cans anyways, who knows whats been on the top of that can at any point before you drink it.

I was in Baltimore over the 4th of July and we went to this small Italian deli place. I had some sort of Italian Lemon drink out of a can that had a piece of foil attached to the top blocking the actual part you drink until you actually buy the thing. Seems like a good idea to me.

Thanks, now I'll be thinking of it every time I drink from one.

And Baltimore - what a shithole.
 
Bottled water is tap water. Can soda always has a risk of rat urine, feces, or even a rat in your drink. Either way, I would sue for the bad taste in my mouth from dead rat and not to mention any health issues that would arise from the bacteria festering in that can. Some things you should sue for, this is one of those things...
