Went to Wiggly Pig yesterday, and got 8 boneless pork chops, 1.5-2" thick each.

Made up a marinade, and let them soak for 8 or so hours.

Marinade:

3/4 cup bourbon
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup very dry sherry
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs olive oil
a little garlic powder and black pepper

I put in a foil pan, poured in marinade, covered with foil, and put on grill for maybe 20-25 minutes. Then, removed from pan, put direct on grill, and basted with the following glaze until internal temp hit 145*. Turned/basted twice.

Glaze:

1 cup bourbon
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

Fed 8, not a crumb left.

Sorry, forgot a pic.

Same recipe tonight, but used Turkey breast tenderloins. Most excellent!

Stepped up my game, and used the same recipe on a whole turkey tonight. This was a test run for a large family gathering on Turkeygiving day. But, they're mostly Baptists, with a preacher in the bunch....so I have to hide the fixin's and keep the recipe a secret from them.

Anyway, the whole turkey was perfect, did it on my holland grill, covered, cooked for about 3 hours to 170*, then basted with the glaze twice, uncovered, five minutes apart. I didn't pre-soak in the marinade, but did inject multiple places.
