ID these wheels

My friend has five 20x9 wheels. They are in nice shape and we are trying to figure out manufacturer / price so he can list them for a reasonable amount.
They do say China somewhere on them, but we were under the impression these were forged wheels. they came off his dads H1.

I think they might be these Level 8 Hauler Polished Wheels 8x6.5 - 20x9 +0 - 2090HLR008165P22

They look like M/T Classics to me. Maybe another mfg's take on them since I don't see the M/T in the actual wheel. Classic III™
