why not - though I've taken both of these apart, and they are more simple than any carb known to man...

or are there other things to the instructions besides "Remove this seal, install new seal"?

Well it seems that everyone I sent it to, it came back. Too large of a file. So if you can't copy them from photobucket, let me know and I will resend in several emails
