Yeah, don't. 
I'd start with the install instructions on the website.
But uh, clean, wax, grease and dirt free surface, probably water or some type of application solution so you can position it right, and a squeege to smooth it out.
oh, don't try to cover up rust with it.

Step 1 - Read instructions [drink beer during this step it helps]
Step 2 - Use 1/4 sheet sandpaper 40 grit to scuff entire surface [drink beer as needed for hydration]
Step 3 - Lay decal out face down and peel backing [Drink beer while it lays flat and gets wrinkles out
Step 4 - Apply to truck like a big ole sticker
Step 5 - Get pissed because it is fugly looking, not aided by a specially horrible installation job due to beer drinking
Step 6 - Use remaining sand paper to remove camo decals
Step 7 - Go buy rattle can camo paint and go to town
