Ok so I'm getting a set of 36 Irok bias on my Wrangler and it is my DD. I drive around town no more than 20 miles a day. I've never ran bias ply a rig before, are they going to give me any major trouble?

Shouldnt be bad. Ive had several different 36s and the iroks probably have the best road manners. They dont flatspot as bad as some others either. They are going to wear quickly on the road though. If you havent bought them yet I would buy a 37" pit bull rocker instead. Measure about the same and a much better tire from my experience.

Thanks man, everything i have read about them say 20-25k miles if you keep'em maintained. I like the Pitbulls but they are about $100 more per tire, makes it hard for me to justify the money though.

I also forgot to mention that every thread i see on them state that they are hard to balance because they are bias ply. Does anyone have any suggestions here?? looking to get them put on this week!

they are hard to balance for two main reasons-1: they are bias ply....the nylon used doesn't lay as uniformly as it does with a radial and 2: they are 36" tires. they bigger the tire, the harder it is to balance. i've heard 38" swampers taking anywhere from 1oz to 6oz's to balance. given that a 36 isn't much smaller it isn't hard to imagine similar results.

just use airsoft beads. i have about 9-10oz per tire in those same tires (irok bias 36-13.50) and they balance well.

I had them mounted and balanced today. They balanced great and surprised me on the smoothness of the ride.

iroks will have much better road manners than the pit bull rocker bias tire. a buddy of mine has 37x13.50x15 pit bull rocker bias tires and my 36" irok bias tires are about an inch or two taller. I'm running the 37x12.50 irok radials on my YJ and they drive great. The bias, not as good but still will be better than pit bulls. just my 2 cents.
