Check on ColoradoK5.com. There are custom ways to do it (like swapping the TH400 input gear from a GM 205 into a Ford 205 and then maybe re-drilling the Ford T-case to fit the GM adapter to make the Ford 205 bolt to the TH400.

But also check the 1988 - 1990 GM 3/4-ton pickups. These are the new body style, and have IFS and driver-drop front diff. Being 3/4-ton, they might have TH400 (4L80 had not come out yet), and should have driver drop NP241 T-case.

Break a 205 behind a TH400... riiiiight. Only if it's not supported correctly!
