Has anyone got any experience with they're 203/205 doubler kit? They're about $50-$100 cheaper than some others kits, I see where Stazworks is now a distributor for their kits also. But before jumping in to a junky kit I figured I'd ask some questions I'm the Offroad Community. I've been searching and haven't found many reviews on them either way. Thanks

I just put one in my f150 that's in my profile pic. It works great. Good workmanship. I bought mine used from a friend who bought it off pirate but never installed. The kit I have was actually a 203-dana300 kit but the bolt pattern matched up I just had to change the 203 output shaft and notch the mounting flange for the 205 shifter rail. The 203-205 kits would already be set up right but I got mine cheap so it was worth it. I had no trouble getting a hold of the guy at Jed's about the new output shaft.

In these pics you can see the difference between the dana300 23 spline and the Ford 31 spline shafts. You can also see my home made notch. The 203-205 kits will be factory notched and have better clocking options. My 205 is homemade twin sticked and I'm air shifting the doubler.

I think Jed's Machine was what we had in the Bronco. Looks like they weld theirs beforehand now. But when we got it, the adapter came in two pieces so that you could set the clocking on the t-case.

I run this kit with the billet shaft in my xj. Never had a problem with it.
