Stole it from the homebase of Army Special Forces?! 
That's gotta be the dumbest car thief in the state. I hope they catch him. Not just so that they get the jeep back, but so the perpetrator never gets a chance to breed. We don't need that kind of stupidity clogging up the filter of the gene pool.
